Why Biodynamic massage therapy?

Biodynamic massage therapy is a very kind approach to healing and development. The work is powerful, yet gentle and respectful. There is a cumulative effect of the work and we recommend sessions are booked in blocks of six to eight. Over time, in the safe setting of the therapy room, we aim to build a relationship of trust where you are free to be yourself. Acceptance and exploration are key to this work. The massage can be relaxing, invigorating or even challenging, depending on your own personal needs. Every session is tailored to your individual needs and so each session is unique. I will hold a space for you to embark on a process which may lead to self discovery, healing and transformation.

If you feel that biodynamic massage is right for you please get in touch with me and we can arrange an initial consultation.
